GENERAL TERM OF SALE AND CANCELLATION

As soon as your registration is received, an invoice will be sent to you. The price of the registration for Siec13 includes access to the presentations (June,18 2013 only) and the exhibition June 18 - 19 & 20 2013 and the opening cocktail party on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. The price for registration for the Gala Dinner includes access to restaurant on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 as of 8:00 PM, the aperitif and the dinner. All cancellations must be sent to us in writing. The costs will be the following: for any cancellation 30 to 11 days before Siec, 50 % of the registration amount is due; for any cancellation 10 days before Siec, the total amount is due. In this case, the participant can be replaced by another person from his company. * Early Bird Price: Registration until March 31, 2013 inclusive (based on the postmarked date).

DEFINITIONS

User:
The User is any person who uses the Site or one of the services proposed on the Site.
User Content: the term “User Content” refers to the data transmitted by the User in the various sections of the Site. Member: the term “Member” refers to a user identified on the Site.
Account: the term “Account” includes the information necessary for the identification of a user on the site to access the zones reserved for members.
